Welcome to the 4^th ICLLT-2024

We are pleased to invite you to the 4^th International Conference on Light and Light-based Technologies (ICLLT-2024), which will be held at the Gazi University, Ankara (Turkey), from 16 to 18 May 2024. The ICLLT-2024 conference is currently planned as an face-to-face event.

Light and light-based technologies are present everywhere in modern life, from communications to life sciences, space application, information processing, and various industrial and military applications. 

As World Light Day (May 16) is celebrated every year by scientists and engineers around the world, the and especially the Photonics Application & Research Center and Department of Photonics of Gazi University, to commemorate this day, in coordination with the UNESCO Representation in Turkey, holds an annual International Conference on Light and Light-Based Technologies.

The 4^th ICLLT-2024 conference targets guests from various branches and disciplines related to Optics and Photonics Technologies. Its interdisciplinary approach is the key to maximizing the potential and development of light-based technologies and tools for various applications. The purpose of the conference is to explore new ideas, effective solutions, and collaborative partnerships for business growth by catalyzing the creation of a beneficial synergy between researchers, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, and end-users of all sectors and making full use of this potential.

​ICLLT-2024 conference themes are axed on Photonics, Spectroscopy and microscopy techniques, lasers, and quantum optics. During the 16 to 18 of May, inspiring speakers from industries, academies, governments, and societies will shine the light on new challenges, bringing global statistics and success stories about cutting-edge science and technology. During the conference, participants are invited to show their prototypes during the online exhibition.
